Client Responsibilities
To facilitate effective service delivery, you must:
- Provide timely access to systems, accounts, and physical locations as needed.
- Ensure systems are free of malicious content and unauthorised modifications.
- Use secure passwords and maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
Terms and Conditions
General Terms
- Services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but strive to minimize downtime.
- The client represents they are at least 18 years old and authorized to engage our services.
User Content
- You are solely responsible for the content hosted or distributed via our services, including compliance with intellectual property laws.
- By using our services, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and store your content for operational purposes (e.g., backups).
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Policy.
Third-Party Services

Billing and Payments
- Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
- Clients must notify us of domain renewal needs; failure to do so may result in lapsed registrations.
Security and Compliance
- You are responsible for ensuring that systems, scripts, and programs under your account are secure and compliant with applicable laws.
- Monitoring may occur to ensure compliance and system security.
Service Limitations and Termination
Right to Suspend or Terminate: Services may be suspended or terminated for:
- Non-compliance with this Policy.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Detection of prohibited activities.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for data loss, unauthorised access, or downtime caused by events beyond our control.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of all critical data.
